- Customs and Duties
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
The international shipping cost is between 100 USD to 150 USD (depending on the size of the bag) and will be charged for each bag individually. The international shipping cost for refund or exchange might different depending on the region, so please contact for further information about refund and exchange.
The estimated time of arrival is uncertain, but roughly estimated as 7 days to 3 weeks.
Return&Exchange
Exchange and return address -
You are eligible for exchange or return in the following cases: - If you received faulty products or products that are recognised as defective can ask for exchange with a new product within 7 days of receiving the product. The bag should not be used at all to be exchanged with the new one even if it was faulty.
You are not eligible for exchange or return in the following cases: - If has been 7 days or more after you receive the bag. - If the bag has been used even once or scratched/ ruined by the user.
After sales service - If it is recognised as a product defect, free AS will be provided for 5 months after the purchase. Paid AS is available for non-product defects (customer carelessness or material damage).
- We are not responsible for any delivery accidents that may occur if you provide the wrong delivery address. Therefore, please double check the correct address.
※ You bear the cost of returning your order in the case of an exchange or return whereby the reason for exchange or return is based on your preferences (including exchange for a different color or size, type etc.) rather than damage or if the product is not matching its description.
Do not iron. Do not wash. The genuine cowhide ages and naturally changes the surface as it is used. To keep the good condition of genuine cowhide, it needs care.
Keep away from fire or water. Remove water and dry immediately when contacted. Use soft neural coloured cloth to wipe. Use specialized leather cream/ cleanser suitable for the material to remove stain. Avoid rubbing with dyed fabric/ clothes. Avoid store it in humid unventilated area. Avoid contact with alcohol, perfume and make-up (and remover).
Depends on the resolution of the pc you use, the colour on monitor can be seen slightly differently. Size of the bags can be slightly different depending on the measuring method.
The surface of genuine cowhide is tend to be irregular and it is very natural character of genuine cowhide. Therefore, small winkle and scratch is not the case of faulty product. Please understand natural cowhide is very different in texture and quality depending on the each part of the leather. The bag is made using the most even parts, but due to the nature of natural cowhide (especially the plain leather used in this product), not all surfaces of the leather are 100% the same as synthetic leather.
There could be light cowhide scent right after the purchase, but it will disappear as it is used.

[How to take care of your bag during the wet and damp seasons ]
- The most important thing is to remove moisture as much as possible.
- If there is water drop on your bag, wipe it immediately and dry it well in the shade.
- Store the bag in a well-ventilated area or if it is too humid, put silica gel inside.
- Keep the indoor space where you store your bag frequently ventilated so it doesn't get humid.
